Situated on a hill surrounded by pastures our home has a beautiful view of the horizon to the east and allows for a relaxing, quiet experience. Perfect for a getaway for small family trip.

Location: It is located in the outskirts of the small town of Gretna. App. 30 miles to Lynchburg. 9 miles to Altavista. 12 miles to Chatham. 27 miles to Danville. Amenities: Parking lot for 2 + cars, u driveway, stocked kitchen, linens provided, heaters in each room, window ac units, there is no wifi or telephone at this time. 1 master bath and 1 half bath. Beds for up to 6 people.

“Staying at Our Father’s Farm was such an amazing experience. It is so beautiful and peaceful!!! The drive to the cottage is gorgeous with green pastures filled with cows and horses to captivate you! The location of the cottage is very peaceful. It is a nature lover’s dream. The interior of the cottage is incredibly charming, cozy, and very, very clean. For someone who loves interior design, it is decorated perfectly. The beds and pillows are so incredibly comfortable, which made our stay feel luxurious.
