What is so Different about Our Father’s Farm Dairy herd?

– Our Cows are raised on fresh pasture.

– The heifer calves nurse on their mothers for 10 months! This allows for good immune system, full rumen development, and fat cells to be fully developed and filled for life. These little calves are the dairy cows of the future so we take very good care of them and make sure they’re raised as naturally and sweetly as possible.

– The cows are only fed grass (99% of diet), Organic alfalfa pellets and very occasionally organic dairy ration!

– Most of our cows are A2A2, our goal is to be 100% A2A2. You can get A2A2 milk for an extra $5 management/testing fee.

We continue striving to raise and offer the highest quality healthy products for our customers. We offer only what we would give to our own children! And that’s a very high standard :-).

Farm Girl Note:

My favorite season for cows is the late spring summer and early fall. Because we always have new little calves being born! So often you go out in the field to tend the herd and you meet a new little addition to the farm! I really enjoy being able to watch these happy beautiful calves frisk about and live their little simple lives.

I remember the very first calf that was born on our farm. We were so excited! As soon as we heard the news all of us ran out into the cold snowy evening to see the first little Calf of Our Father’s Farm! We were so thrilled to see how the Lord had blessed us with our first little calf!
